Meet Our Founder: Ms Williams

Victoria Williams is the visionary founder of Sparkling Angels Nursery, which she established in 2012. As a dedicated mother of three, Victoria understands the profound importance of creating a nurturing and safe environment for young children. Her personal journey as a parent fuel her commitment to fostering a space where every child can grow, learn, and thrive.

Victoria holds a Bsc degree in Psychology, Ba Early Education Studies, along with a master’s degree in social work. With 19 years of experience in the early years sector, she has developed a deep understanding of child development, leadership, and management. This extensive background equips her to lead Sparkling Angels with both compassion and expertise.

Before founding Sparkling Angels, Victoria served as a Further Education Lecturer for 10 years, teaching students aged 16 and over. In this role, she delivered quality teaching and learning to student with varied learning need. Her passion for working in the health and education sectors has always been evident, reflecting her genuine dedication to supporting vulnerable groups and making a positive impact in their lives.

In 2020, Victoria expanded her vision by launching Little Learners Nursery in Kent, furthering her mission to provide exceptional early childhood education. This expansion allows more families to access the high-quality care and nurturing environment that Sparkling Angels is known for.

With years of experience in early childhood education, they oversee the daily operations and ensure that our nursery meets the highest standards of safety and care. Early Years Educators

Our Early Years Educators are the heart of Sparkling Angels and Little Learners. They bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep understanding of child development to their classrooms. With their guidance, children explore, learn, and grow through play-based activities that ignite their imaginations and foster a love for learning. Our Early Years Educators have Diploma Level 2, L3 and degree in Early Years.

Assistant Educators

Supporting our Early Years Educators, our Assistant Educators play a crucial role in providing personalized attention to each child. They help create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey. Our Early Years Educators have Diploma Level 2 in Early Years.

Special Needs Coordinator

Our Special Needs Coordinator is dedicated to ensuring that every child, regardless of their individual needs, receives the support they require to succeed. With specialized training and a compassionate approach, they work closely with families to develop tailored strategies that promote inclusivity and growth.

Kitchen staff

Nutrition is vital for healthy development, and our chef is committed to providing delicious, nutritious meals that cater to our children’s dietary needs. With a focus on wholesome ingredients and balanced meals, they ensure that every child receives the fuel they need to thrive.
